Purpose
The purpose of the Adaptive Management Team is to direct the affairs of HIS Love & Truth Ministries and Bread of Life Sabbaterians Inc.
A quorum consistent of three (3) board members.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
The individual must be a loyal member in good standing with HIS Love & Truth Ministries and/or Bread of Life for not less than one (1) year.
The individual must exemplify a close walk as one who adheres to high moral standards.
The individual must be called and/or directed by Divine Spirit.
The individual must be mentally mature, at least eighteen years of age and/or called by Divine Spirit regardless of age.
The individual must be faithful to the call and duties of a Team Member.
The individual must be just and fair with high moral standards having ability and capacity to dispense true justice; practice kindness and compassion and have a true nature and character for humanity.
